Volunteer:

Project Read Northwest is also looking for people who would like to volunteer to tutor.  The only credentials that are necessary to embark on this rewarding  experience, is a willingness to work with a variety of people and a sincere desire to help.  To become a Project Read Northwest volunteer tutor, attendance is required at a training seminar to prepare for working with non-readers and low-level readers.  Materials and strategies will be provided to use while working with this specific type of student. No matter your background or personal experience, you could make a great tutor and help someone improve the quality of life.
